We really like the proportions and flow of the rooms, the country character of the house and the secluded gardens.

We use the study as a TV room/snug so the lounge is a calming space and is so lovely in the colder months, especially when the log burner is on.

The location is great for walks on the South Downs, or trips down to the coast.
