The roof structures are manufactured in Holland and can be shipped across the globe, however the base itself is built on site. The interior design, size and internal layout are fully bespoke hence this initial design period requires the client’s input.

Please note that prices vary due to the fact these homes can be any size. The prices quoted are based on shell construction, internal fit out costs are an additional cost. Due to the construction cost the smallest size available is circa 5000 square foot (464 Square meter).
