We had never set foot in Sussex before when we started searching for a property in an area that was convenient for commuting. After looking in a vast area we eventually narrowed our search down to Southwater as we loved the feel of the village and its close proximity to Horsham station. After viewing numerous houses we saw this one and immediately fell in love with the appearance, location and space and it suited our current and future needs.
