We were living in Brighton and wanted to get away from the city and have a bit more of a relaxed pace of life. One of us used to live in Horsham so we decided to focus on this area. Finding the right house was proving a bit tricky as we were looking to downsize and found a lot of properties just lacked appeal. We received a call from Sue at Cubitt & West who suggested we go and look at this property. Although a lot bigger than we wanted we absolutely fell in love with it as it suited all of our needs and more. Having three bathrooms was perfect for when friends and family came to visit.
We shall be extremely sad to leave but want to downsize to something smaller and will be staying local.
