We were living in Horsham but had always liked the idea of living in a village somewhere like Southwater so we decided to start looking into moving. After viewing a number of properties we felt a bit disappointed as none of them felt like a family home to us. We knew about this development but there was nothing to look at as it was in the early stages of building so we drove down to Southampton to look at this design. We absolutely loved it so purchased it off plan and it has been the ideal family home.
