We were living in a 5 bedroom detached property in Horsham and looking to downsize to somewhere with a more rural feel. After looking at a few areas we decided that we wanted to live in Southwater as it is perfect for long walks and country pubs.

We initially saw this property and really liked it but unfortunately we had not sold ours so we could not secure it. It then came off the market and we focused on other properties and then just as we went under offer it came back on and we could not believe our luck.

We have been very happy here and are now looking to relocate to the West country and will be sad to leave.
