It has a garage, primary school and historic parish church.DIRECTIONS If using SatNav enter Headland Lane, Spreyton, this will take you to the lane where South Beer Farm is. Please note that entering the postcode will not take you to the correct location. Leave the A30 at the Whiddon Down exit pass the service station on the right and take the next right turn signposted to North TawtonImmediately after crossing the bridge over the A30 turn right signposted Spreyton. Follow the road for 1 mile until you come to an unmarked turning on the right that has a Y shaped Oak tree on the junction and is opposite a sign that says Fuidge Cross / Spreyton 1 ¼ miles. Take this turnFollow the lane for about 400 yards until you reach the entrance to South Beer Farm on the right – you will only see the sign for South Beer Farm once you make the turn in as the sign is on the right hand side. Follow the farm track down to the bottom and over a small speed hump. Bear right so that the houses are on your left. Follow track round and as it bears left you will see a cream coloured walled parking area that is the entrance to the Threshing Barn. Double Wooden gates are the access.
