We have owned this house since 2004 and we really enjoyed the property. We have spent a small fortune upgrading the interior, this includes the kitchen with it's franke sink and both bathrooms as well as recently adding a new boiler. The lounge has a bespoke American wallnut unit and the property was re-wired and re-plumbed approximately 4 years ago. The garden is fabulous and I truly believe there is space to build an additional dwelling or make a significant extension to the main house.
The area is lovely, all the neighbours are friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. Due to a change in circumstances we have decided to sell the house and will be doing so chain free.
