Levante is an architect designed, privately commissioned detached villa and forms part of the desirable hamlet of Inchree.
Set within generous, landscaped level gardens, the property, built circa 2000, offers a relatively open aspect towards Loch Linnhe and provides traditionally proportioned (and adaptable) accommodation.
The property's broad ranging specification includes: double glazed windows. oil fired central heating, oak hardwood floors, quality fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, Vernon Tutbury fitted bathroom with 'sunken' jaccuzzi bath, 3 en-suite facilities and detached double garage.
The accommodation comprises: reception hall, lounge with vaulted ceiling, dining room, integrated breakfasting kitchen, guest bedroom with ensuite shower room, further double bedroom and 'Vernon Tutbury' fitted bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Upstairs leads to two generous double bedrooms (both with ensuite shower rooms).
Inchree is located 9 miles to the south of the Fort William. A regular bus service provides access to the town and the neighbouring hamlets of Onich and Lochaber.
Fort William is the second largest settlement in the Highlands of Scotland with around 10,000 inhabitants and the largest town: only the city of Inverness is larger.
Fort William is a major tourist centre, with Glen Coe just to the south, Aonach Mòr to the north and Glenfinnan to the west, on the Road to the Isles. It is a centre for hillwalking and climbing due to its proximity to Ben Nevis and many other Munro mountains. It is also known for its nearby downhill mountain bike track.
The town is the start/end of both the West Highland Way (Milngavie-Fort William) and the Great Glen Way (a walk/cycle way Fort William-Inverness). The town is located on the shores of Loch Linnhe (which offers sailing opportunities) and is home to Lochaber yacht and rugby clubs. Further sports facilities available include a local golf course and cricket club.
Local schools are well regarded and Lochaber High School serves the community with distinction. EER Band D
