We bought this house over four years ago and we were originally looking for a 3 bedroom terraced property in the town, but for the same budget we found this house and we fell in love with the location. Being tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac made it ideal for us as a family and it also offered all the space inside we could need. The other huge bonus was the size of the secluded rear garden as it gave us plenty of room for the kids to play and for the dog to tire himself out too, and there are some incredible walks on the doorstep. It's been great being just over a mile from Dorking town as the links to London are really good and not to mention the amazing schools too. It's now time for us to take the next step up the ladder but can honestly say we have truly loved living here.
