This has been an incredible home for us, and now we have raised our family it is time for someone else to enjoy life here. It has been a difficult decision but we know its the right one because this house really comes to life again when our grandchildren visit.
We have lots of fond memories here and one that stands out was a 40th birthday we had planned to celebrate in the garden, however, the weather had other ideas and it was torrential rain! We were amazed that the house accommodated 50 guests quite comfortably.
In terms of the area you wont find many better, with your choice of schools, the sea front only a few roads away and the train station within a short walk.
