Property description
If you are looking for a home that offers enough space for a growing family and is located in the sought after village of Lympne, then we could have the one for you. This home has recently been redecorated and is ideally located for good transport links, as the M20 motorway is a short drive away and the nearby Westenhanger station links up with the fast train to St. Pancras. The village primary school, local shop and post office are all a short walk away, along with the village hall which hosts various clubs/events and a pre-school. If you enjoy going for long walks, the village has access to breath taking scenic routes.
The ‘wow’ factor begins the minute you step into the lounge, which is awash with light from the large bay window. If you love entertaining, the modern kitchen/breakfast room will be perfect, and for more formal occasions, there is the added benefit of a separate dining room.
There shouldn’t be any arguments over the bedrooms as all four are of a generous size. Bedroom 1 has its own en-suite shower room and a gorgeous outlook from the bay window across the North Downs.
Venturing outside, the owners have definitely worked their magic and have created a fantastic child friendly garden with a great outside entertaining space. This is going to be wonderful for barbeques, as it catches the sun for the majority of the day and you can picture sitting here chatting with friends and family.
What the Owner says:
Since living here in Lympne, we have found our neighbours and the community to be very welcoming and friendly. It has been a lovely place to raise our children; they have always been able to play safely outside and have enjoyed the use of the play area in our street and open green around the corner, along with participating in the children’s’ clubs at the village hall.
As the countryside is on our doorstep, we will miss the amazing views and walking or cycling along the canal path, which leads all the way into Hythe. We will be sad to leave here, but hope that another family will enjoy living here as much as we have.
