Property description
If you are looking for the ideal home to raise a family then look no further. Set in the sought after village of Lympne, you are only a short walk away from the popular primary school, local shop and village hall. If you enjoy walking there are some great walks with lovely views; if you walk by the castle you can see over the whole of the marsh. Another nice walk is along the canal banks that pass the bottom of Port Lympne Wildlife Park, as you can hear the exotic sounds of the animals.
Both spacious and tastefully decorated, you can simply move into this home and unpack. So whether you are relaxing in the lounge or hosting a dinner party in the dining room, this home has something for everyone. The kitchen/breakfast room is the real hub of this home as you can sit at your breakfast table with a coffee and the newspaper, or help your children with their homework whilst you are preparing the evening meal.
Getting ready in the mornings will be easy as this home has two en-suite shower rooms, which can be accessed from three of the bedrooms, and in addition to these you also have a family bathroom.
The back garden will be a fantastic place to host barbeques during the summer months as it is bathed in sun for the majority of the day. You can just picture sitting on the patio enjoying a drink with friends and family, whilst the sausages sizzle away on the barbeque.
What the Owner says:
We have lived here for four very happy years, but the time has now come for us to downsize and move closer to Hythe town centre. What attracted us to our home when we first viewed were the fantastic views across the North Downs from the master bedroom and the fact that we are tucked away in the corner of the cul-de-sac so there is very little passing traffic, making it very quiet and safe if you have children.
We have made a few improvements whilst living here. We have replaced most of the fence panels, had new power showers fitted in both of the en-suites, replaced the boiler and in the kitchen we have had a new work surface, sink, oven and hob installed.
