Property description
This has to be one of the best laid out family homes I have seen in a long while, catering for all your family’s needs. The kitchen/breakfast area is by far the hub of this lovely home. Refitted to a high standard it also incorporates a utility room, it’s a great space, open to the family snug it enables you to keep an eye on the little ones whilst preparing dinner.
You have of course a spacious L-shaped lounge/dining area with views over the attractive gardens and land beyond, very cozy in the winter months. Stoke up the fire and catch up with the family, or enjoy a family meal around the dining table.
It is in my experience unusual to find a home that will allow double beds in all of the bedrooms without the use of a shoe horn! Bedroom 1 has a beautiful refitted en-suite which will make you smile, but the reason will become clear when you view….
The fifth bedroom adjoins bedroom two and has so many potential uses, a second living/games area, en-suite dressing room, home office, the list just goes on. This could be accessed separately from the landing with the addition of a small stud wall if needed.
Outside you are surrounded by open spaces, the mature gardens back an open paddock, the village fete takes place on the enclosed green to the front of the property with the help of the local residents.
There is of course a double garage with an electric up and over door, plenty of parking and a separate workshop with power and lighting.
What the Owner says:
This has been a fantastic home and more than adequate for us and our three children. We were initially drawn to the property because of its position, situated on the fringes of Arundel but still in the countryside and equidistant to the beach and South Downs.
We also saw the potential, the house has undergone some extensive changes. We have updated and modernised throughout, moved and opened up the kitchen/breakfast room.
Sadly work commitments are taking us out of the area so we will be relocating. With this we have decided to move into rented accommodation and will not hold up a sale.
