Upon arriving at the property we were initially impressed by the location, being set within a private road and providing a select atmosphere.

We have always loved the home and over the years we have shared it with friends and family as we like to entertain a lot.

We added the garden room extension, which is directly off the kitchen with an open plan arrangement, guests just seem to end up mingling between these areas. This space is very cosy so we tend to spend most of our time within this area.

The sitting room is a most impressive room, it’s very spacious and ideal for entertaining. It was certainly an area of the house that impressed us when we first viewed the home.

This has been a great home for our family. Now it’s just too big for the two of us, we will take with us many memories and we hope the new owners will enjoy the home as much as we have.
