When we first came to this part of Lewes we were particularly impressed by the peace and quiet that this property offered.
We needed to accommodate an elderly relative at the time and saw the potential of converting the existing large reception space into two separate areas, something that could easily be converted back should the new buyer require. Needing to be energy efficient, we also installed a fantastic solar panel system, which provides some domestic electricity, a great income and is of course kind on the planet.
Having spent a lot of time and money on the property over the years we are particularly proud of creating a comfortable family home for us all.
