Property description

Calling all families! Why not make that move to this popular family location in the outskirts of the historic county town of Lewes?

Picture your lifestyle - enjoy an early morning coffee as your children get themselves ready for school before setting off on a short walk to Southover and Western Road primary schools or, for secondary schools, Priory School is also very close by.

When the kids return from school there will be plenty of space for them to carry out their homework. They can choose to use their own double bedroom or, if they would rather stay on the ground floor, there is plenty of space to choose from with a lounge, dining room and an attractive garden room. As they gather round the dining table you can listen to them reading while you prepare the evening meal in the modern kitchen.

So if you are looking to relocate into the vibrant community of Lewes with the town offering a wealth of history situated in the recently formed South Downs National Park it will also offer you easy access to the coast and countryside. A mixture of independent and High Street shops, cafes, restaurants and traditional pubs make for a pleasant day or evening out. The mainline train station offers direct links to London and Brighton.

What the Owner says:

We are very reluctantly moving from this location to be closer to family and the main thing we will really miss is our neighbours. This is a very friendly road and a popular residential area for families.

There are excellent local amenities with a shop just around the corner and a good local bus service.

The loft conversion is one of our favourite spaces with its downland view. It also made a great teenager bedroom/sitting room.

The bridlepath behind nearby Montacute Road gives great downland access with walks through to Kingston.
