Property description
As soon as you see the photos of this amazing home you will instantly feel excited about coming to view, but nothing will prepare you for the real experience. When you walk into the lounge/dining area your eyes will be immediately drawn to the large double glazed doors, in anticipation of what they are about to reveal.
Once you step through these doors I assure you, you will love the sea views. The current owners have done a fantastic job with the garden and have created the perfect seating area tucked away to one side of the house. The owners call it their 'sun trap', and you can just imagine standing here on a beautiful afternoon, watching the waves break out at sea.
If you enjoy cooking then you will definitely be at home in the modern kitchen, as it has more than enough work surface to accommodate today’s kitchen gadgets. You can picture preparing dinner here, whilst chatting with friends over a nice glass of wine.
Bedroom 1 is simply sublime; there is no better way to start your day than waking up on a bright morning, opening up the glazed doors onto the balcony and looking out to sea. If that hasn’t set you up for the day, then having a shower in your own private en-suite shower room should do the trick.
What the Owner says:
We have lived here for 20 years and will miss this location as it has been absolutely fantastic for us. We are so close to the sea that it almost feels as if we live on the beach. We often cycle or walk into Folkestone and Hythe along the coastal paths, without the hassle of going on any main roads.
We have found travelling really easy from this location as the Eurotunnel is only a short drive away, the Cathedral city of Canterbury is about a 20 minute drive away, and if we want to go to London we can catch the fast train from Folkestone West. If you are looking at flying abroad, Lydd airport has just started flights across to Europe and Gatwick airport is only about an hour’s drive away.
