Property description
This beautiful family home is tucked away in a very peaceful location just off the London Road. From here you can walk into town and to the local supermarkets or you can simply enjoy a stroll along the nearby canal and seafront. The house has a lovely view to the front and from the upstairs windows there are far reaching views which stretch over the town, with Hythe Bay and the sea in the distance.
There is plenty of room here to meet the needs of any growing family as all four bedrooms are double bed sized and three of them have fitted wardrobes, so storage should not be an issue. Bedroom 1 has its own en-suite shower room, so you can simply roll out of bed and into the shower, and this will definitely shorten the queues for the bathroom in the morning.
The dining area and kitchen can be conveniently found at the rear of the property, with the dining area having a lovely outlook over the garden. This is going to be the perfect place for entertaining guests or simply feeding the family.
The garden is going to be great for gatherings and barbeques, as the sun shines here for most of the day during the summer months. As it is easy to upkeep, you can spend more time enjoying it than you will do looking after it!
What the Owner says:
We moved here when my wife developed mobility problems as we were both attracted by the private location and the level access to town for her mobility vehicle. We both enjoyed travelling and found the easy access to facilities very useful indeed. We have also enjoyed the privacy of the garden, especially on sunny, summer days.
Hythe itself is a lovely town with its shops, cafes and restaurants, and the various social clubs make it easy to meet people. We were members of the Bowling Club and the Gardeners Society. We could not have chosen a better place for our retirement.
