Having moved to Brighton from the Hampshire countryside I was looking for a home with a country feel, whilst offering my family the buzz of a Cosmopolitan City, this property offered all of this. After 30 wonderful years and the most amazing memories, it's time to downsize, hence the sale.

Over the years I have adapted my home for growing teenagers by creating a separate annex, which could quite easily be converted back to two double bedrooms with one en-suite .
