When we purchased our house twenty years ago we loved the secluded position within the cul-de-sac. There is no passing traffic and it is very quiet and the neighbours are lovely.

Being a new build property we were keen to buy something with a good size garden and not overlooked. Our house ticked both boxes and is the biggest plot on the estate. We also really liked the look of the property, it definitely has kerb appear and no problems with parking.
