When we first viewed this house it was very much an unpolished gem. The property offered us a lovely, quiet location, whilst being just a five minute walk to the town and a ten minute walk to the main line station to London and Brighton. We saw beauty in the Edwardian period features and fell in love with it. We wanted to create modern functionality and yet retain the character.
