After a long search we saw this property in January 2005 and our immediate offer was accepted. Formalities over, we moved in March and spent the rest of the year enjoying our home, doing only necessary works and thinking what next. We met an architect who would progress the project throughout, with us as site managers until our home emerged as it is. There are plenty of nice touches like low window sills and plain windows to best enjoy the view. With a 0.316 acre plot professional help was needed for the gardens.
