We really do love everything about it. The views over Slipper pond at the front are enchanting and we love to watch the world go by and walkers on the raised causeway over the pond. The wildlife is wonderful to experience, with ducks, swans and local heron, always around. Its lovely to do the washing up with a view.

We like being able to walk into Emsworth and jump on the 700 bus to anywhere, plus the railway station is only short walk away. We have found a lovely property in the countryside and we will sadly miss this house.
