This has been a great and happy home for us and we have lived her for nearly 30 years.
It has been a great place to bring up our family who have now grown up and flown the nest.
It is very convenient, quiet and also very private. The Close is child friendly and there is a great park just down the road.
We think it makes a lovely family house and being half way between Emsworth and Westbourne and walking distance of the train station we think the location is ideal. We will be sad to leave our lovely home with so many memories but we hope the next buyers enjoy it for as many years as we have.
