Mum lived here since 1975 and absolutely loved the house the area and the neighbours. Homes don't change hands much in this road and that must say something about the area. Recently we have installed a new garage door and roof and roofs on the dorma. Doors, window locks and boiler has been replaced.

We have fond memories of walking down to the shore line and along to Emsworth via the promenade or to the Royal Oak for Sunday lunch and a pint.

As she got older she found the regular bus service at the end of the road to Portsmouth, Chichester and beyond of great use. It is sad to have to sell her forever home but we hope that the next owners love it as much as she did.
