We loved the location of this home as it is not in the development but is in its own private drive off of an established quiet road. It has been a good home for us and our children and so easy to look after. Being a busy family we love that there is next to no upkeep needed and everything is covered by the builder and new home warrantee.

The location is good as it is close to Emsworth and Westbourne and is easy to get on to the main routes around the area. Our Family work and social commitments take us towards Southampton now and if it was not for this we would not want to move.
