This was my sisters house which she brought in the 1980's. She always liked the location and the convenience of East Peckham village for the day to day needs.
The downstairs cloakroom and en-suite shower have been recently re-fitted and the gas central heating boiler has also been replaced.
A woodburing stove has also been installed which adds character as well as incredible warmth to the lounge and dining room.
The close is very quiet and the residents are neighbourly which also appealed to my sister.
