We were living in a semi detached house in Kent and wanted to move south for a number of reasons, but this house appeared much better than others we had viewed.
Since moving in we had the garage converted to give us the study. We added the conservatory and the utility area, which as a family has been ideal. The kitchen and bathrooms have been re-fitted and we've kept the house decorated to modern standards. We also had the garden landscaped which has been great for entertaining, especially in the warmer months.
We will miss the community spirit in the area. We have forged many friendships and will continue these even when we move.
