I bought this house a few years ago and as it was central I thought it would be ideal. Subsequently I rented it out for a number of years and it's position has always meant it attracted lots of interest.
Since moving in I have re-fitted the kitchen/breakfast room, adapted the utility area, changed the windows, the flooring and the doors.
I also dropped the kerb to give off road parking in a road where its at a premium.
