We moved here over seven years ago as we completely fell in love with the location and size. Schools were important to us so when we saw how well located this house was for St Paul's school we were instantly impressed. It also offered us so much space and although it needed so much work back then we could see the potential and knew we had to go for it! Since living here we have transformed the house. We've had a new roof and insulation, had a damp proof course fitted, re-wired, replaced all the gutters and installed a new boiler. We also re-designed the lower ground floor space so we could add an additional toilet and of course re-decorated throughout. The most recent thing we have done is completely renovated the bathroom.
