We bought this house 15 years ago as we loved the position. It was ideally situated for schools which were hugely important to us back then. We noticed how quiet the area was when we first viewed and have been very lucky to have had the best of both worlds for so long. Since living here we have done a great deal of work to the house. including replacing the kitchen and bathroom, redecorating throughout and replacing the central heating. The biggest and best thing we did was by far the loft conversion. Whilst a big job, it absolutely made this house for us and enabled us to stay here as long as we have. We made the patio garden secure and safe. Our 3 boys have played outside and explored the open space opposite too, they have grown up very happily here.
