We have been very impressed with the house since buying it when it was brand new approximately 3 years ago. It has a good specification and we have been pleased both with the quality of the house itself and the location. We chose this particular house type because we really liked the layout. It has a nice size living room and we particularly like the open plan kitchen/diner with the separate utility room. It even has an extra room on the ground floor which we use as a music room but this room could easily be used as a 5th bedroom if required.

We also like the fact that it has a detached garage. another nice feature is there is plenty of storage, including in the loft, which we find to be a real bonus.
