When I first moved here, it was the location, garden and size that put it head and shoulders above the rest!

The garden is so secluded, which you don’t usually see in the Montargis estate and a decent size for what I wanted. Having four bedrooms which are three doubles and a single was exactly what I wanted and an en-suite shower in the main bedroom is something I couldn’t live without now!

I think the house will suit a lot of different buyers, but these houses are tailor-made for a family. I have been very happy here for a number of years and hope the next owner will be just as happy for many more to come.
