There were many reasons why we weren't sure about a new build but those fears were allayed when we came to see the house for the first time. A good size driveway to the front and an extra space at the start of the road meant parking wouldn't be an issue.
Having three bathrooms really lends itself well to family living and there is no problem with the morning rush.
We have loved living here and hope it will make the perfect home for another family.
