We haven’t been at the property long and we are disappointed to be leaving a home that has worked so well for our family. Sadly work commitments have taken us elsewhere. The location has been ideal for the children and being able to park for free at Eridge station just 6 minutes’ drive away and catch an affordable train from London in as quick as 50 minutes has made the commute ideal. That and the driveway, detached garage and private rear garden first attracted us to the house but it was the open plan kitchen/dining room with so much space to enjoy time together that sold it to us straight away.
The four good size bedrooms and en-suite makes this house complete and hope the next owner will enjoy it as much as we have.
