Over the time I have been here, I haven't just modernised everything you can see but changed some of the accommodation. The garage was a dead space and not many people use it for their car these days. I have taken most of the old garage and converted it into a study/bedroom whilst keeping a few feet at the front for storage.

Putting the patio in the garden has made a big difference and having the corner plot means the space is larger than average. I think having the four good sized bedrooms will lend the house to family living and hope the next owner enjoys what I have done inside and out.
