The last thing we want to touch on is the flexibility of the downstairs accommodation. With two reception rooms and the large kitchen/dining area, family living couldn’t be easier.
The bedrooms are very generous sizes so there won’t be any fighting for the biggest. Bedroom 1 is an easy choice with the en-suite giving you your own space and privacy!

Over the years we have improved the house immensely. The main thing is obviously the double storey extension at the back which has given us so much more space. It means we can have a separate space to the children (or another room to watch the football in!).
The garden is ideal for us as it’s low maintenance and very easy to look after. If someone wanted to change that then we are sure it’s more than possible.
We have a driveway and garage but it’s also an unwritten law everyone in the close gets to park in front of their own house. We will miss a lot about this house but are sure the next owners will be happy for many years to come.
