In the last few years, I've done a lot of work to my home including redecorating and laying new floors in the dining room and conservatory as well as re-carpeting the lounge, stairs and landing.
I love the fact that it's only a mile to the centre of the High Street where there is a great range of shops and other amenities. I also think that it would be easy for the new owners to extend the house if they wanted, subject to the usual planning permission.
Now that I'm moving to the West Country, it's time for my home to go to a new family who I'm sure will appreciate living here as I have.
