We were drawn to the house and road for a number of reasons. The house was ideally situated with easy walking access to Climping beach, nearby harbour and golf course, great local pubs and farm shop as well as neighbouring village of Yapton with its convenience store, butchers and other amenities. Climping is very peaceful and from here we can access the A27 easily for work, but feel relaxed in the rural setting surrounded by the sea and the South Downs.
The road is lovely and quiet, spoilt with the green and children's park opposite giving a great outlook.
The house has been perfect for us, but we just feel that it is time to find another great house to make home.
