Property description
This amazing four bedroom house on the border of Banstead and Epsom Downs has been reduced to allow a quick sale due to owner relocation. 100% Chain Free - you could be in by Summer to enjoy it's sun trap, quiet and secluded garden!
Built in the late 1990's, this fabulous 4 bedroom detached house saw then what we are all trying to achieve now: living spaces that lend themselves to spending time with all members of the family but with each being able to relax in their own unique way.
The modern kitchen/diner is the perfect place for families to congregate when the day is done, with enough space for homework at the table or chilling on the sofa whilst mum (or dad!) cooks. With a huge kitchen/diner and a reception room receiving light from three sides of the building, this house is overflowing with entertaining space. What's more, there's a second reception that doubles as a children's playroom just off of the utility (which contains an impressive built in vacuum system that services the entire house).
Upstairs you will find four large bedrooms, one with an en suite and all capable of housing at least double beds. Both bathrooms and downstairs WC are modern and clean.
The south facing garden is not overlooked on any side and benefits from sun all year round - when it comes out of course!
Close to Epsom Downs and within walking distance of local schools, this substantial family home comes to market with no onward chain, due to vendor relocation.

OWNER OPINION
Relocation has prompted the move, had that not have happened we would probably be here forever! We love our secluded garden that isn't overlooked on any side and the house opening out onto the deck means that even in winter months we benefit from winter sun beaming in and lighting up the house. Cosy in the winter (and very cheap to run) and with the benefit of all of the patio doors in the summer, it's a house for all seasons and we have loved living here.
