When we were looking for a home, it was such an easy choice for us to move here as everything was almost on our doorstep.

We have taken advantage of a lot of the facilities on the development, including the handy supermarket, restaurant, doctors and pharmacy.

Being on the edge of Coulsdon Common and Happy Valley, it has been so lovely to be able to go for a walk and enjoy the local countryside whenever we have wanted to.
