We chose this house as the area is really nice and it’s very quiet, yet very handy for Canterbury. It’s also a really nice big family house – great for parties! We do lots of entertaining with our family and have had many happy times here. We’ve lived here since 2001 when the house was new, but have still made many improvements over the years. These include upgrading the downstairs WC, redecorating and adding the summer house which cost around £7,000. The ground work here has been extended so someone could extend on the summer house if they wanted to. I would highly recommend this area to professionals looking for somewhere really nice to live.
