Our family have loved growing up in this house and now we see the next generation running around the garden with pleasure. We needed four bedrooms to accommodate everyone and we used to especially enjoy Christmas round the dining table, close the door and then relax in the lounge.
The area has suited us very well, as all amenities are within a short walking distance - shops, post office, play parks and access to the South Downs. Plus it is only 20 minutes walk into town and to the beach. Public transport is close by too as well as a selection of schools ranging from primary to colleges. We now have decided to move nearer to our family and enjoy our grandchildren more.
