Vendor Comments
The entire roof was updated in December 2013.The garden is primarily South West facing and offers practically all day sun and shaded areas in which to enjoy the mature setting. When the current owner took ownership there were a few items which helped her in her decision making process:\"The self-contained flat with courtyard at the back which meant I could, if neessary, make a sheltered home for my mother;\"the other was the outline planning permission which had been granted for the barn to convert it into a one-storey house with it's own garage and off road parking and small garden and an off road parking space and garage for the main home. The latter gave an investment potential to either build:1. A self contained home for said mother. 2. A house for a future buyer to provide a home for a family member who couldn't afford to get on the property ladder. 3. A source of income from rent on this property.4. A way to achieve a lump sum by selling the property.\"I do think these potentials are important and could make a difference to a sale. They made a difference when I bought it especially the investment potential angle although I didn't get round to it in the end.\"
