DIRECTIONS From our Great Yarmouth office proceed to the roundabout at Fullers Hill and continue straight over onto Lawn Avenue / Caister Road. At the roundabout by the stadium turn left onto the Caister bypass, and straight over next roundabout into Scratby. Turn right onto Beach Road, and left onto Beach Drive. Follow to the end of the road, turning left onto California Avenue proceed along where the property can be found on the right hand side, indicated by our For Sale board.
