With a refreshing light and bright feel throughout, the current owners have updated the property to a very high standard to include a full rewire and re plumb throughout (certificates held on file). This home now boasts a gorgeous modern kitchen, which is ideal for all of you budding chefs out there, the lounge has a wonderful flow through to the kitchen, making this the perfect place for the family to gather and catch up on the days’ events.

The whole house has a flexible layout with three bedrooms on the ground floor and a garage on the lower ground floor. When you venture outside the feeling of quality carries on, with a large paved patio area that’s bathed in sunshine for most of the day-what a way to relax! What the Owner says:

When we bought our home it needed quite a bit of work, but we instantly fell in love with the area and the size of the house. We hoped that we would love the location and we do, it’s great for the shops in the village, the bus route is close by.

Since we moved in we have been very busy, we have updated all of the rooms and modernised the kitchen and bathroom. We have also installed a dormer bedroom in the roof, making the whole house a lot bigger. We have also spent time improving the garden, so we could enjoy sitting and relaxing in the sunshine. We are now feeling restless and the time is right to move on to our next home, we hope that the new owners here will love what we have done.
