Property description
This bungalow in Wicklands Avenue is the perfect opportunity for those budding DIY specialists or even for those property developers to get their teeth into.
As soon as you walk in you are met by a good size hallway with lots of light flooding in from the rear. Both bedrooms are good sizes, the bathroom is dated but no doubt you will take great pleasure redesigning and installing your new bathroom suite.
At the back of the house there is a lovely lounge which looks out over the rear garden and it will catch the sun all day it's a great place to sit back and chill in whilst watching the children playing. The kitchen again can do with some improvement, it has a small dining area off it; the perfect place to sit down and eat as a family, again whilst enjoying the warmth of the sun. On the first floor there are two potential bedrooms one of which has lovely views to the rear and out towards the sea.
At the front the property you will find plenty of space to park your car, you also have an integral garage here which is perfect for hiding the car away or as most people do hiding all those bits and bobs. At the rear is a lovely garden facing the sea, very safe and secure and will catch the sun from early morning to late in the evening, it really is a great sun trap, somewhere just to sit back and relax.

My Aunt has lived in this property for over thirty years and has enjoyed every single minute of it. She loved the fact that she was very close to Longridge Avenue where she could potter down to a variety of shops there, easy for all her daily essentials but also she used to travel in and out of Brighton on the regular bus route, this was great for her.
She loved photography and as a photographer she really appreciated the sea views. Just popping around the corner to the top of Longridge Avenue, she could walk for miles across the South Downs National Park, it really was something she enjoyed. She found it to be a really friendly place, the neighbours were always great, everybody always looks out for each other, and found it to be a wonderful place to live.
