I have owned this property for many years and as our family grew, we decided to extend the house to give us a bigger kitchen area and dining area and the extra bedroom we needed. Niton really is a special place to live. It is safe and has a real community spirit. The village has everything you could need from a good pub to the pharmacy and of course the fabulous village store. You have some great walks around the local countryside right on your doorstep. It was a tough decision but I am now looking at getting a smaller property with less room to worry about, hopefully still in the village though.
