When we first saw our home two years ago, we loved the position and we knew we could make it our own.
Since moving in we have extended the bungalow to the rear to make a larger kitchen/diner and added two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room upstairs, as well as adding an en-suite bathroom to bedroom 2.
Our next project would have been the addition of off road parking , as several of our neighbours have already done this. However you would need to speak with the local council and seek their permission if this is something you wanted to do.
